How do I join Cornwells Fire Company?

Anyone wishing to become a member of the Cornwells Fire Company must be 18 years of age or older to apply for Active Membership.  Applications can be picked up at the Firehouse on Monday or Wednesday nights after 7PM.  You can also download the application below, be sure you get both pages.

Anyone 16 to 17 years of age may join the Fire Company.  Those interested must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may only receive an application at the firehouse.  Working papers will be required.

Each applicant will be interviewed by our membership committee, as well as have a criminal history background performed.  The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has enacted a law that anyone convicted of any arson charge may not be a member of any fire company..
